of immigration matters, whether based on personal or professional status;
we routinely are involved in green cards and the myriad of visas
available to professionals & business people, among them, H’s / L’s
& E’s. Other visas
include, K’s [Fiancé], V [spouse], F [student] & the like.
For those with specific or general immigration questions, we offer a
personalized service that provides an evaluation of all the potential options
available to live & work in the US.
Business
Set-up: Guidance
in setting up a business in the US, including the type of entity [corporation
/ limited liability co. / partnership] & its location, harmonized with
any immigration issues involving foreign executives, managers or specialized
knowledge workers.
Real
Estate: Full
hands-on help through the whole process of purchasing a business or real estate
in the New York metropolitan area. That
help would go from selecting the area in which to live, to the kind of property
to purchase [home / co-op / condo], to selecting the broker with
which to work as well as arranging financing.
On the financing side, we are almost always able to assist in arranging
mortgages for clients, no matter what the visa / immigration status may be.
NB: we work directly with
mortgage banks, therefore, mortgage broker fees [points] are never charged –
this results in a major saving in any purchase of real estate.
